oh boy am I glad u are here.....I got a nasty virus 2 weeks ago....I did a backup of my files b4 I did a restore on it.....I lost everything...been taking some things outta my backup...but had to re-download most of my proggies....my problem is my email addys....I use outlook and when I did the backup then restore I lost all my emails and addys....is there a way I can find them some where in my puter?? nothing is in my backup files in addy book...they are lurking out there somewhere....but where?? HELPPPPPPPP

Do you know where you can get a freeware Backup program that does system files as well as the whole drive and disk to disk.
A freeware music program to transfer/burn whole songs so you can play them on a car cd player.

lol not exactly pc support stuff.
Not sure about the backup program that does everything.
As too burning a cd most cd burning programs should be able to make an audio cd. I take it u mean burn mp3s to a cd?

Well it helps if u wear a tin hat and iron pants. These are very important when playing against coal lol

right si im about to test ye,
when i shut down my pc it just reboots,so i have to hold the power button in to make it shut down,however when i try to boot it up next day it wont bootup,i can hear a wee noise coming from the tower as if its trying to boot up,then after a few minutes it starts to make this beeping noise,so i hold the power button in to shut the power off then i start it up again until the beeping noise comes back and repeat this process several times sometimes for 30 minutes or more,then it eventually starts up,lately ive just started leaving the damn thing on 24/7,will i book ye a flight or just bin the pc?
