Ok well as you all know Phost set out with their decision and has posted new points etc...

No amount of bicker or rant will change or alter something they have set forth as permanent...WELL MAYBE!?!?!?

While I do not agree with the ruling in its totality, I believe they did what they felt was correct and accurate according to their ( not altogether clear ) guidelines....

I've noticed whats been happening. I'd like to point out the definition of fraudulent (from WEBSTERS dictionary) : deceit, trickery, intentional perversion of truth in order to induce another to part with something of value or to surrender a legal right.

From what I can tell Chip Dumping wasn't done but even if they think it was, it was unintentional, and as we can see to be fraudulent something must be done intentionally.
