Prizes for the Finale winners last night will be announced during tonight's game!

Well the ladies were able to make some noise last week but they needed to turn some outties to innies to do it. They took down the Finale as well and never really let Fellas take it away. Let's call it a win for the Ladies for the week to keep some drama, they earned it! That means that this final week if the ladies can take it down, we would have a Battle of the Sexes month long tie! That would make the Grand Finale quite the event.

 

Some new items for this final week... Monday through Friday all of our nighttime games will also be set up for an afternoon delight. Weekday Games start at 9:05PM EST and the daytime version will start at 2:35PM EST. We will add a third afternoon game on Saturday. You may play in either game or both. HOWEVER, for the final week there will be no extra chips for multiple Deuces appearances due to the structure of the Grand Finale. Instead anyone who claims multiple spots at the top will receive some great gifts from the OTR Prize Vault.

 

Monday Note: I was unable to make it to table design this week, so for today's game we will play on one of Iron Duke's new table designs for their daily nightcap game. Therefore, I cannot set up any of the other games as of yet. When you all wake up on Tuesday all the rest of the games will be ready and open for reg.

Since you all enjoy every kind of poker game there is, we are doing our best to accommodate. Please be aware that with different games come different limits on the various rules that make up a game of cards. That means that every night blinds, table sizes, along with our own twists will change from night to night. THE BEST WAY TO BE IN THE LOOP IS TO LOOK AT THE TOURNAMENT LOBBY! All your questions should be answered there!

 

We had Dudes vs Prudes, launched into orbit with AstroNuts and AstroTarts, then we lit the grill up for a Hot Dog vs. Hot Bun BBQ. How will we finish it out? Well, its someone's birthday soon and we are going to celebrate it all week! Happy Birthday America!

The afternoon game had only 8 entries which meant half of the total field became Top Deuces.

Game Group #1 Recap: Not a very busy day on the felt for the Omaha Deepstack but it would appear the Fellas were still in charge. Can anyone say shutout! I think unofficially that makes six of them, could be more. We are instituting a new rule for the rest of the week regarding how many Top Deuces can be eligible to in the spot because of low afternoon turnout so far. Also it takes away from grinding the larger nighttime games to earn a spot.

 

Game Group #2 Recap: Only one game went off yesterday, the afternooner wasn't able to muster enough butts for the seats. Wasn't North American Daylight Buy-ins the 2nd place vote getter a few weeks ago? With the smaller fields the Ladies were Last night was holdem short hand, tonight we do it longhand with regular 'ole holdem. Top Deuces below, I hope Rosie read the rules!

 

Game Group #3 Recap: The Fellas seem to have the right recipe for the shutout! Yet another one was handed out to the Ladies last night! The afternoon game was able to start and there was a new lady in it to help the cause. A new Top at that. Nightime affair had 15 people so that's good except the fellas did it again. Two Deuces from the afternooner, Four Deuces from the evening all updated below!

 

Game Group #4 Recap: Hats off to Mr. Jeff Murphy on one fine performance and also to Colo for helping him along. Gaathan had a few hitches out of the gate but it didn't take long before he was a seasoned veteran. I am stoked to see what else he does in the future! Murph even did a nice and seamless live read! (I can't decide what to call him yet) Well I don't know what to say next... I really don't want to do this. Ladies we may have to call it done. Unless the weekend games are a stomping of heels all the way through or you completely run the Fellas in the Grande Finale, this puppy is kicked, Fellas are the winners! Only 3 More Days to know for sure! Top Deuces were a mix of old and new! My boy Chuck from the 'Cuse made his first stop and the rookie host found his way in! A new lady as well hit it big, Iplayhorseofcourse was her name! (She only seems to join us for horse games so if anyone knows her please let her know her good fortune!) All of the rest below!

 

Game Group #5 Recap: WOW! Did anyone notice there were four games on Friday! Only one person was a newcomer to the Top Deuces, Aceking1961! At least I think so but he he is in now. Everyone else was in the Finale already! Ladies, its all but done except for Sunday and it would have to be a shutout in grand proportion to call it good or even a month long win! I wouldn't count them out! Still lots to come!No need to update the Deuces, you know who they are! Still more chances to get in!
