First we would like to thank the OTR staff and members for their support and encouragement over the 2012 race season. We hope that everyone enjoyed the video from the oncar cameras that were made possible by the generous OTR members, there will be more thrilling action to watch this season.

   For 2013 our home track Seekonk Speedway in MA  has expanded our race schedule to 18 races (4 more than last season) . Also they have added a Triple Crown Series into the mix witch will be 3 extra distance double points races for a Crown championship separate from the regular division championship.

We are also looking into a new 6 race series in NH if we find the budget.

   Now for a team update, in 2013 we will become a one driver team once again, Hans has decided that he does not want to drive this season (if this changes i will let everyone know) so that leaves DJ in the 22 who will be moving to the much faster SYRA 750 division at the age 14 (one year earlier than he has to but the track has granted special permission because he has proven his ability) His 3 wins, 10 top 5 finishes and only one DNF on week 2 when his car was totaled in a racing incident showed that he has what it takes and also put a bullseye on him as one of the drivers to beat. When all was over he finished 3rd in points of the 18 car field, While that was a respectable finish DJ was disappointed because he felt his finish did not reflect the awsome job he did driving.

   While we are going to do everything we can to challenge for the SYRA 750 Championship, Triple Crown, and Rookie of the year this season, budget may be our biggest competition. After our preseason meetings with our advertisers/sponsors  we find ourselves without advertisers for the 2013 season, they all say we did a great job representing them but due to the slow economic turn around here, it just is not in their budgets at this time and while 2 of the 3 stated that if things change they would love to be back on the car.Our advertisers covered almost 2/3 of our preseason and race season cost.

   We will race as long as we can out of pocket for as long as we can, Right now we plan to goto the 1st practice and the first 3 races of the season and the three triple crown races, Hopefully during the first 3 races we will find some interested businesses to place their names on our car.

   We know that this is not what our loyal fans want to hear but i feel it is best to put the worst scenario out upfront.
